Dancewave Studio Details
○ Available 8:00am-11:00pm every day
○ 680 sq feet (17′ x 40′)
○ Equipped with iPod Adaptor/CD Sound System, A/C and heat, and fluorescent lighting
○ Access to bathroom facilities and waiting area
○ Tables and chairs are available for use with advance approval from the staff
Rental requests are not taken over the phone. Requests are processed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

RENTAL POLICIES
○ Rental Requests are processed Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
○ Payment is required in advance to secure the space
○ Payment is non-refundable if canceled LESS THAN 1 WEEK before rental date
○ Rental privileges will be forfeited if outstanding balances are not paid immediately
○ We do not take rental requests or confirmations over the phone
○ NO tap shoes or heels allowed in the studio
RENTAL PRICING
○ Dance Rehearsals: $13/hour (1-6 people); $18/hour rehearsals (groups of 7 or more)
1,000 hours have been subsidized by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and the Mertz Gilmore Foundation.
○ Theatre & Music Rehearsals: $18/hour
○ Classes & Auditions: $40/hour
○ Private Lesson: $25/hour
